List of needs:

Boutique: set up/take down. Sit the Boutique, bag-check, keep merchandise tidy, open many hours.

Drum-beat: Seminar news-letter, sorting each day’s news letter for class Angels.

Education Exhibit: open most of the time, need people to watch tables…before, during, and after classes.

Trading Post: Merchants night, 1 hr.before event and stay through the end, help vendors set up/take down,  rovers to give vendors a break.

Favors: opening and closing banquets, to take tickets and pass out favors.

Ticket Takers:  at Sunday lectures and  “Winning Ways”.

Exhibits:  Bag check and door monitors, watch the exhibit.

Banquets: Help set up/take down table centerpieces. Take tickets at door.

Angels:  Tape down power cords in every class-room.

Prospectors:  Daily exhibit, people needed to watch tables.

Bookstore:  Help set up/take down the store, sit the “shop”, bag-check.

Registering:  Check people in all day, 7:00 a.m. to 6:00p.m. (choose your hours).
